At all levels we correct you on your dancing techniques. The combinations, the styling and the free styling get easier and more free with a good technique and you and your dance partner will be enjoying your dance more.<\/p>\n

Primarily you pick which level to attend by checking your flow in your dance (meaning how you master the transformation between the steps or combinations) and your timing and balance, plus which base you already have (which teacher you have had and which style you have danced), and which combinations you remember or have on your backbone \u2013 or as a follower how easily you follow the leader. On top of course you need to be able to follow the level of the combinations. You can always ask your instructor for guidance if in doubt which level to choose. Don\u2019t be in a hurry moving up to a higher level if you don\u2019t feel ready for it. To repeat a level or to repeat your former level with the next higher level gives you more security, practice and a better flow and better time to pick up the details that you might not have noticed the first time. Besides, we always change the combinations from season to season, while still keeping parts of the same ones and within the given level. And it is completely normal with us to take the same level multiple times to master the dance well and feel confident. The higher level the longer you normally stay at the same level before you move up.<\/p>\n

We challenge you to go out and dance socially in between your classes and to practice at home or with your class mates \u2013 because the more you know and learn the more fun it gets \u2013 and the more intense and often you dance the faster and easier you can let go of the brain and relax while dancing. The side effect while doing that is that you meet a lot of happy people and experience many fun moments. Typically you get good fast when you within the first year or so dance intensively, get a good education and practice a lot.<\/p>\n

You are completely new in Salsa. Or you have already taken a few intro lessons around or danced what\u2019s equivalent to one dance season and would like to repeat to brush up.<\/p>\n

At the advanced level we expect you to know about the different combination options from the Salsa intermediate 2 level and that you are used to go out and social dance so you can lead\/follow in a flow. At this level we take your Salsa dancing to the next level with extra styling, breaks, shines and of course smooth combinations. Both newer advanced students and more routined advanced dancers join this level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You need to sign up for a Bachata beginner class if you are new to Bachata, if you have tried a few intro lessons, if you have taken a beginner class or two with another instructor, or you have participated in a shorter dance season but don\u2019t feel ready to move up to the next level yet \u2013 or we believe you still need rhythm practice or the ground base.<\/p>\n

YOU\u2019LL LEARN
<\/strong>: The basic steps and dance combinations in both Bachata Fusion and Bachata Sensual. We provide you with the whole ground package so you can go and dance with anybody on a social dancefloor. We variate the combinations so that it\u2019s always fun and surprising even though it is the beginner class.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You have the practice of the base in order and you are ready to learn combinations of a higher level which can used directly on a social dancefloor and with parts that can be combined in many different compositions. Slowly we start to integrate body rolls, waves and headrolls which demands that you have a good \u201cframe\u201d with your partner in the dance.<\/p>\n

YOU\u2019LL LEARN:<\/strong><\/div>\n
To combine the already learn steps, wraps, moves and rhythm changes so you have more combinations to play with. This level is the level OVER intermediate 1, so we expect a greater flow in your dance compared to intermediate 1. <\/strong>Nice combinations, more bodymoves, and we will start to play with dips and other tricks. We will still work on making the transitions in your dance as fluent as possible and finetune details as well as musicality.<\/p>\n

We expect, that you have taken the intermediate 2 class a few times (or have shown equivalent experience) and possess the fundemental musicality and know your moves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

IF YOU HAVE DANCED CUBAN SALSA BUT WOULD LIKE TO LEARN CROSSBODY
<\/strong><\/p>\n

Typically, you start at a Salsa Crossbody intermediate 1 level (if you have an intermediate or higher intermediate level in Cuban Salsa) or an intermediate 2 level (if you have an advanced level of Cuban Salsa).<\/p>\n

Unless you only have danced a season or two in a Cuban Salsa class then you would normally start at a beginner class to get the right technique and training from start.<\/p>\n
